Learn While You Earn

The world economy is going through a wrenching transition. Most people are being misled by the propaganda put out by the various governments who are trying to convince everyone that "Things are returning to normal."

As a result, a lot of good people are sitting on their hands, hoping they don't lose their job before the recovery arrives. Others, with unemployment running out, have gone back to school to get more training in the occupations of the Old Economy.

Many young people, just out of high school or college can't even land their first job. They are back living at home or working for President Obama's job programs in Afghanistan and Iraq. Talk about occupational hazards!

I have a different view, based on more than fifty years in and around business -- and ten years specifically working on re-employing families in communities where the major employer had left the area.

I've thought a lot about re-employing the average person who may not have a lot of transferable skills beyond a willingness to show up on time and put his or her heart into doing the job at hand.

Of course, my searching led me to the one occupation that everyone could do...that paid extremely well for those who worked at it. An occupation that provided on-the-job training and let anyone earn as they learned.

Of course, I'm talking about MLM or Network Marketing

Unfortunately, few people out of the many I talk to have admitted to themselves (not yet, anyway) that The Old Economy is not coming back to life -- an economy based on everlasting growth, building and selling homes to those who could not afford them, and depending on a federal government that can't even balance their own budget for help in times of trouble.

The New Economy's first law is that "We are ALL self-employed."

If you're willing to live by that law, there is plenty of work to be done, helping others all over the world buy unique consumable products, combined with the opportunity to once again make a good living helping others to learn about these improved products and this opportunity.

This business, network marketing, is the growth industry of the 21st Century.

And here's a little secret: In a few well-chosen MLM companies, the products can save you money over what you buy every day in your retail stores!

The efficiencies of this revolutionary business model make it possible to provide a better-quality, less-expensive product delivered to your door for less that you pay at the store. So, there really is no reason for the youth of America to be sitting around paying to drink Red Bull or Monster energy drinks at $1.50-$3 apiece when they could be earning a growing income and drinking a healthier energy drink.

The same holds true for all the consumer items everyone is gaga about having: cellphone service, skincare products, weight loss aids, you name it. Why spend your precious money for brands that aren't willing to cut you in on their profits?

Americans need to stop looking at the world through the eyes of "employees", and start seeing the opportunity that lies in self-employment.

Ironically, the world outside the USA is wide-open to the idea that our financial salvation lies in building chains of distribution for well-run network marketing companies.

In a way, we're talking about returning to an American tradition that has been packaged for export to a world hungry for the blessings of free enterprise.

Network marketing, at its core, is the American Way -- the American Dream -- packaged for sale to hungry entrepreneurs here and all over the globe.

Network marketing is an American invention and we should be proud to share it with the world.

We offer an Opportunity to build a better life through introducing others to a way to achieve their dreams. It is an opportunity to help others build their dream, which helps us realize ours.

It's happening right now on FaceBook, on the Internet, and in homes throughout the world. How big a piece of it would you like to claim?
